ERO designed the new Brownsville Public Utility Board’s modernized Service Yard project. The new campus is situated on an 18-acre site located on FM511, near the Port of Brownsville. It features approximately 55,000 square feet of new office, warehouse, and ancillary facilities to support the PUB’s field operations. The new campus also features a fleet vehicle maintenance building, fleet fueling center, a fleet vehicle washing center, concrete drives, and paving for the Utility’s 250 vehicles; and accommodates over 100 parking spaces for employee parking.
