San Juan Parks & Recreation Center

The San Juan Park & Recreation Center is a multi-phase municipal project developed for the City of San Juan to expand accessible recreation and community gathering space. Phase I delivered park improvements that included soccer fields, outdoor basketball, a splash pad, walking trails, and an all-inclusive playground, bringing amenities online early while the recreation center advanced through design. Phase II added an approximately 25,000 SF youth and community recreation center with flexible multi-court gymnasiums, fitness and boxing areas, classrooms, and Parks and Recreation administrative offices, supporting year-round programming for youth, adults, and seniors. Working directly with the City, our team aligned program to budget and sequenced delivery to accelerate public access while protecting long-term value, producing an integrated indoor-outdoor campus on a single municipal site.
